At the beginning of this year, Dutch manufacturer, Savage revealed the Rivale Roadyacht GTS, claiming that it was one of the final concepts before the finished product hit the market. They’ve stayed true to their word, now declaring that a production version will roll out in 2012 at a major auto show in the Middle East.
Not only will the production Rivale Roadyacht GTS get its debut in 2012, but Savage is also working on developing the GTS’ convertible roof system. Book orders are already open for the drop top version and three customers have already expressed interest in it. One of the orders placed is for a special track-only "GTR." This version will feature a more powerful engine, lots of carbon fiber elements, and will be lighter than the standard GTS version.
As previously reported, the Rivale Roadyacht GTS will use a 670 HP V8 engine that can sprint the vehicle from 0 to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds, while top speed goes up to an impressive 205 mph.
The first deliveries for the Savage Royale Roadyacht GTS will be made in early 2013.
